This 2-day course will enable managers to identify a department's cost structure and assess how its value can be affected under different market conditions.
Participants will also learn how costs tend to behave as activity levels increase or decrease and how to estimate a product's value contribution.
Customer behavior will be analysed in its capacity to turn profitable products into loss makers. And adequat pricing tools (products and services) will be given.
